Boaphorus Cruise and Ottoman Relics tour is a guided tour of Istanbul. Drive along the city walls to Spice Bazaar. We stop at Spice Bazaar and you will have free time for shopping. Spice Bazaar is famous for it fresh spices. After spend sometime in Spice Bazaar, we will pass to the boat and embark to the boat and sail on the Bosphorus. You will enjoy the Bosphorus Cruise between Asia and Europe and you will see the old Ottoman Villas and the most expencive mansions through Asian and European Shore. After Bosphorus Cruise, we dirve to local restaurant to have lunch. Then continue the tour by visiting the most important Ottoman Palace Topkapi Palace was winter house of Ottoman and It was also used as a military quarters at the period of Ottoman. After visiting Topkapi Palace, drive to Little Hagia Sophia Mosque is known as one of the oldest standing churches in Istanbul. Your tour will finish around 17:00 pm at your hotel.
Brief Info about the sites
Spice Bazaar (Misir Carsisi) : It is located at Eminonu behind the New Mosque(Valide Sultan Mosque).It was constructed by Turhan Sultan in 1660 as a pious foundation attached to New Mosque.
City Walls : The first breach of the walls was by the Fouth Crusade in 1204, the second by the cannons and troops of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453.
Bosphorus Cruise : A traditional excursion by boat along the waterway seperating Europe and Asia. The shore is lined with old wooden villas, palaces of marble, fortresses, and small fishing villages. During the excursion you will pass the magnificent Dolmabahce Palace, and further along, the parks and imperial pavillions of Yildiz Palace. On the coastal edge of this park, is Ciragan Palace, 300 meters of is marble facade faces the shore. At Ortakoy a great variety of artists gather every Sunday to display their work along the street. Ortakoy is a symbol of tolerance with a church, a mosque and a synagogue existing side by side for centuries.
Topkapi Palace : The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries, housing an exquisite collection of precious gems, jewellery thrones of sultans, robes worn by the sultans and their families; miniatures, the Holy Mantle; CHABER OF SACRED RELICS. (Harem is not included in the program and visit is due to extra entrance fee.)
Little Hagia Sophia Mosque : is known as one of the oldest standing churches in Istanbul dating back to 6th century. It’s early domed-basilica architectural plan of famous Hagia Sophia which was applied here first time in the history. Temple is founded by powerfull.
